I think it'll be announced at the same time when the election is announced.

Lee Hsien Loong will milk all the sympathy votes from the 'eternally grateful to ah gong' gongkias... that's the only thing he can do for the PAP.

I think it'll be announced at the same time when the election is announced.

My guess is that the announcement will be after the last Chingay heartland parade on 28 March 2015.

That also happens to be a Saturday, exactly five weeks after LKY's hospitalization was first announced on 21 Feb...
