Visually, TCJ is more pleasing to the eye and seem quite authoritative. Until he opens his mouth. He speaks quickly, nervously and can't wait to get his points across. In a speech at the developers' association, it was very obvious to the audience that he really did not understand the concept of the very speech he was reading - it must have been done by one of his underlings.
