i seriously think website design is the way to go. i was talking to a landlord friend last week, he told me his shops in sim lim sq. unable to rent out. one of the reason pple are going internet to buy their stuff and another, because of the bad name sim lim have in the market.

Usually when I google for a service, most websites are too fanciful that it becomes difficult to find the required info.

there is a market for this, this laundry is catered to expats, i can tell you the service is not cheap and the expats are readily spending money to get their clothes sort out by this laundry, especially dry cleaning of suits and winter wear.

Depends on what you sell and your target group. Generally i'll think first look design. Unless content and services lack competition.

Website designer is different from a website developer. It is extremely difficult to find one person able to do both equally well. Unless you are both a good coder and a talented designer, I will recommend hiring someone to do the other. Or the final product will likely suffer.
