It would be a real pity we are losing all these landmarks and historical places. They root us to this place. Mofo PAP govt simply knows how to feed the fat capitalists and then moan why we are losing our rootedness and go and create something artificial like Gardens on the Bay!

I used to pass the place and indeed there is a 50-60s rustic feel about the whole place. I love it. Fucking bastards now crony developers like SPH, Keppel land, Capitaland will benefit and they will build ugly looking highrise meaningess glass and steel blocks. Look at the Pinnacle monstrosity.
