Comes mainly from table sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Half of table sugar is actually fructose, the other half being glucose. Sugar is found in many products such as chili sauce and condensed milk. HFCS is mainly found in soft drinks.

In my opinion, fructose is actually a toxin as it can only be eliminated by the liver.

At age 47, getting stroke is considered very young.
There is a good chance of recovery to regain the loss of speech and mobility.
I have known of a friend that has done that, he got stroke at age 48.
He started out jogging, literally limping, to begin with, with improved mobility, he went on to swimming.
Daily affair, no shortcut, was his resolved.
