Don't know what DMSO is, or what it is used for. But I had a relative some time ago who was looking high and low for Apricot Seeds and couldn't find it locally in Singapore. He emailed a cousin in Sydney who was visiting Singapore and he bought and carried with him a bag in. Bought it from a health food store there. Costs only twenty-five bucks. These alternative medications are more available down under than here in Peesai. You might wish to contact relatives/friends in Aussie. They can be carried by fedEx/DHL as well. Just a suggestion.
