Some people who do this are really tight every month. But most of it i know are the hardcore gamblers. Even they have enough money to pay the bill they would pay min sum so that they have more cash to fight.

When you mention more cash to fight.
What do they normally bet on?.
Soccer, 4D?.

Few years back, my ah-Neh colleague, an IT professional, tink salary apprx $6K.
Took few credit/loans, max'ed his credit cards.....total almost $80K+, then run road, return back India.
Banks cannot go after him.
Only LL, every month issue Writ of Summons to his last known address.

Lots of weak, spineless, useless Singaporean men roll their credit card to feed fox spirits.

I am thankful that the government holds back the CPF and give them instalments.

Otherwise they spend the lump sum on some fox spirits and taxpayers have to welfare them.
