Eat inside (got aircon) - Mee goreng is $8

Yes it does because the price of food includes overheads. The actual cost of the ingredients are often less than 30% of the menu price.

There's an Italian restaurant in our neighborhood which does great pizza.

If I eat it there, it's NZD23. If I order it as a takaway, it's only NZD14.
