Hi , that should be the way , insoluble waste are not to be mixed. Even in Greece they were insisting that no paper nor cigarette butts are to be thrown in the toilet bowls. This will ensure that the waste water can be treated cleanly.

I read somewhere that some airlines may be starting a trial run for this sort of thing. Used toilet paper will be put into a bin and periodically collected and dumped into the cockpit where the pilots work. The pilots will be allowed to sell the stuff later to supplement their income.

Cleaning their arse with toilet paper is a fairly new thing for Arabs. In water scarce Arabia, Muslims were told by their religion to use small stones or pebbles for anal cleaning. So if you find them dirty now, it is probably they were not using stones but paper which they are not used to.
