Actually SG policy not bad.
They just need to cut defence budget 20~30% that huge $$$ about $5b/year or $1500/citizen/year.
Use it to improve infrastructure and social life.
Buy so many weapon for ??? Can Sg win war if really happen can SG army really can beat Indonesia or Malaysia.
There nothing in SG and there are no purpose to attack SG.

actually I prefer they cut by 50%. They are building up the military hardware inventories like there is no tomorrow. Sooner or later we would have exceeded Malaysia firepower.

and they are sitting their waiting to be rusted. A waste if they don't use them.
