Why Now Religious Threads and Posts are Tolerated in The Courtyard Café?

The Courtyard Cafe used to be very intolerant to any religious post here, lately there has been a spate (I'm being polite as it's more like spamming) of religious posts in here and worst it looks like these religious posts are disguised to reach some political objectives. May I ask why such tolerance here now? Why such double standard? Or is it ok for some to post and not ok for others to post?

What the fuck is happening to this warning I see everyday here?

If it is a few religious posts in in some threads, I don't bother to do anything as once the thread is moved to the religious folder, it will die a natural death.

However, if a thread becomes nothing but a theological discussion, then I'll transfer it to the religious folder.

There are some threads which may look religious but are actually taunting religion or are satirical so I let those be. In fact I even started some eg the Sun Ho thread.

If religion is in the mainstream news eg the CHC trial then I leave it in the coffee shop as everyone is talking about the subject.

Finally, there are some threads which I did not even read so if there are any which should be demoted to the religion folder, please report the thread and I will do the necessary.
