Gov must put some regulation on this eg. After one hr complete operation if no bed available. The hospital bed will be waive for that day or one day.

Or implement a 'share a hospital bed' buddy scheme. Pick a buddy to share a hospital bed with and enjoy a discount on the bill.

Can they lie on the bed at the same time?
Or one lies on the bed, the other sits on the chair, goes toilet, goes for procedure, sits at the visitors' lounge, goes to the foodcourt, etc?
