i regularly go to JB for the past 20yrs and i never witness any crimes, maybe i was lucky lah but i regularly see keling dash across serangoon road whenever i drive past there at night, chase by another big group of stick wielding kelings. yet every year the SPF always announce crime rate reduce. sibeh bor lee you lor. maybe SPF count using keling siao method.
