If singsupplies loads normally, the fault is with the cloudflare routing.

If singsupplies does not load, there could be some other network issue along the network path from your location.

If the server is down, there will be a gap in the top graph of the above url.

Unless they launch a DDoS attack, spying isn't going to cause downtime. A good spy gives leaves no trace of his presence.

I have built in a lot of redundancy in order for members and guests to have a smooth and speedy experience at this site.

The server load factor is consistently at 0.5 x the number of cores available on the server even at peak hours.

However I cannot control the whole network and there will be problems from time to time because of this.
