These are the ones who support the PAP most......

They are the same ones who benefited the least..... how many stay in private properties? How many made money through the system?

Proportionately, they pay the most taxes..... 7% through indirect taxes ........the GST...

Simple theory. Knowing their low qualifications and low paying jobs, anything extra comes from the PAP and thus they support PAP.

At a class or few classes higher, the people had spent more money getting qualifications, get slightly higher salary and find the cost of living challenging but receive no extra help from PAP. They might actually be worse of that is why they do not support the PAP.
