my pinoy friends did not donate to these so called "emergency relief" organizations as they claimed only a small fraction of money would get to those in need. they would rather donate directly to families affected by disaster, but the problem is they wouldn't know who they are and where they live. even if they have an address, donations wouldn't get to them as nothing stands. so they would rather sent dog food to their relatives on another island. truly f*cked up cuntry and people. :*:

Who is checking the 1 - 1?? they tell you it becomes 2 but 0.5 will go only to the relief funds, after deducting for expenses..& 0.5 will be further deducted till, when it reaches the people in Talacoban City etc.. it will be only 10cts..worse only 5 pesos.
