my 2 grandmas' passing, i kept it to the family with minimal guests. only close relatives. i m mindful not to inconvenient as many friends - close or distant - as possible. then again, the torrent of redundant wreathes kept being delivered.
the florists must ve been very well informed and resourceful. wonder why they got all those private and personal info?
Nice story, but erm 1 question, why at the start is she, then end of story is a he?
it's a he. the demised was his mother-in-law.
cool, you have a part-time job communicating with spirits?
If invited or some friend ask me to go. If not I ill not even know they RIP.

if the same scenario happens unto you, how would u react?o
go, don't go but send a condolence note or just ignore?
go means gotta give peh kim money, mingle with the unfamiliar crowd, feel so awkard and time wasting. since hardly met after those teenage school days, might not even recognize that classmate after all these years!
The dead will not know you visited. If you are dead, you will not know your friend visited. Emptiness is form,Form is emptiness?
