[TD="class: msgtxt"]10 years ago, my wife and I watched NDP fireworks near Clifford Pier. We were together with a large crowd of fellow Singaproeans.... We clapped and cheered together as one ....

This NDP, we decided to go and watch fire works from the same spot, OH MY GOD, we were surrounded by ALL FOREIGNERS Indians, PRCs, Bangla and some from Europe and even South America......

We move from spot to spot and my wife and I were the only two Singaporeans.... We have no one to clap and cheer with ..... So crowded and yet so lonely....

Indeed. Go to any town centre on a normal weekend, you'll see plenty of Pinoys, Banglas and other wide assortment of foreign faces sitting on benches, steps, the pavement etc. Sometimes they will be blocking your path.

There is just too many of them cramped into a small island. This country has gone to the dogs. Thank Pinky for that.
