Clerk denies giving oral sex to boy

KULIM: A shipping clerk has claimed trial to performing oral sex on a boy.

Azri Othman, 43, pleaded not guilty yesterday to committing the offence in a house here between 7am and 9am on Sept 12 last year.

Azri, who is married with four children, was charged under Section 377E of the Penal Code for inciting a child under the age of 14 into an act of gross indecency.

He faces up to five years in prison and whipping if found guilty.

Magistrate Mohd Hadi Hakimi Harun set bail at RM6,000 and fixed Sept 9 for mention.

He also warned Azri not to go near the victim.

Azri was represented by Muhamad Samsul Nizam Sohhimi while DPP Nuraswan Aminuddin prosecuted.
