The State is guilty of promoting such a relationship for it is a party to the crime.
It receives the monthly levy and as such is equally guilty or more of "living on the immoral earnings........."
In the Penal Code there is a section that states, in furtherance of common intention.
The live-in boyfriend should get a good lawyer and take the State to task...........simple as that.
Luckily it did not happen in some true-blue First World Nations in Europe, etc..........

I see nothing wrong with a master shagging his maid, as long it is done with mutual consent, he does not knock her up and he's not married.
