Bus Interchange was unusually quiet like SARS time!?

I pass through Toa Payoh HUB before 10pm and found it unusually quiet. Only 30% of the usual crowd. CNY can be this quiet then something is really wrong. The scene reminded me of the SARS period, nothing other than that GOLDEN period was so quiet. Be prepared to see economic depression?
