I buy soursop occasionally from a fruit stall along East Coast Road (opp. Katong Church). However, its availability is not consistent. My colleague at work get another colleague from Johore to buy soursop about once a week. Even then, this Johor colleaque has mentioned that Singaporeans go to that stall and buy out their fruits. The leaves, other than going to the fruit orchards across the causeway, the only other way is Botanical Gardens or one of the plots previously used by Primary Productions for their research.

Good luck.

Cheers!

Try the farms in Kranji area. If unsuccessful, try searching in kampungs in Johor Bahru. Malaysians are generally friendly and they will help you if you approach them.
