· Guard house position in the car entry/exit point with CCTV at close surveillance.
· Identification of documentation on demand before entry
· Access key require for entry into units.


Accessibility

· Amenity easily accessible between Sutera Mall and BI within minutes yet away from the crowd.
· CW3 transport travels between JEast MRT & Sutera Mall with reasonable ticket price.
· Potential future KTM lines feasible equates to potential capital gains.

Came across this and good to see some future neighbors in the seed. Agreed that the progress is slow but SPA has penalty for missing deadline. Heard that they will in SG for sales promotion end Mar

For Phase 1, estimated Q1/Q2 2014. (Sold out)
For Phase 2, estimated Q4 2015 (Limited units left)
For Phase 3, Akan datang...(Type A & B only)

Checked with sales office, the 2/3 months delay in construction was dued to the change of sub-contractors that does not meet the criteria.

Ya. Malaysia Property Show 2013 on 30-31 Mar from 10am to 7pm at Orchard Hotel.

Nothing much, just waiting for loan before i can go law firm to exercise n pay remaining 20%. CFO by next year June, guess bumi lots released soon for sale.
Left with 3storey semi-D

Actually if we exit at nusajaya exit near Aeon Indah, no toll charges except RM 7.5 just before Malaysian custom
