If you have ever dealt with these ppl around the region, civilised behavior is never on the cards.

It's eithier you pull out a gun and blow their head off first or they chop yours off first.

Many in Sporeans have been brain washed into obeying the rules & regulation. Foreigners are not hampered by this & that's why you have problems ranging from social friction, injuries & even deaths.

poor chap was wounded, tied to a chair. his thumb and fingers were cut off before he was being cut on the throat. still very alive and struggling, until the spinal cord was jabbed at and brokened by that blade. imagine the amount of adrenalin pumping through the system. the rebels didn't bothered waiting for the blood to drain, turning that poor chap's head side to side to complete severing it.
