Why is there a need for succession plan? In a democratic process, everyone gets a shot to be the leader. Everyone has a right to vie for the leadership. He or she just needs to sell his vision and ideas to the members and the successful one becomes the leader. This isn't a communist party.
 
PAPzi's succession plan is to be replaced by WP. WP has quite a number of people who can take over from LTK.
