Ex-top cops. Both Overseas Merit Scholars. Leo is with EDB. Aubeck promoted to PS quite recently. Door was opened but both did not enter when first invited. More impressed with LY than AK.

AK was SAC. LY should be minimum AC. Can't recall exact rank as he left many, many years ago. Yr 2000 if I am right. I rank LY very highly. Probably one of the best to wear the blue uniform. On par with BL.
