SINGAPORE: President Tony Tan Keng Yam will be overseas on a private visit.

A statement from the Istana office said Mr J Y Pillay, Chairman of the Council of Presidential Advisers, will exercise the functions of the Office of the President from 28 to 30 January 2013.
