For Phase 5, which type is better? Type D or E?


I saw that there for the roof/ roof structure, there are 2 types.

1) Metal Deck Roof/ Steel roof truss
2) Concrete roof tiles/ Timber roof truss

What is the difference and which is better?
 
I personally prefer Type E concrete roof tiles not sure about metal deck roof .

Nobody is keen??agt just called phase 5 sold out just silent investors not much people blowing their horns i suppose .

My friend agent told me Not Yet sold out. Only those facing park mainly taken up by those who placed reservation with the developer and during the pre-booking period.
 
Confirm not yet sold out.... still have corner lots facing commercial.....

anyone keen?
 
My garden facing unit is 610k after 10 % discount ,corner about 700kafter discount.the lefover uinits must be inner units.

anyone gotten loan approval for phase 5? Which is a good bank for this project and max leverage how much? 90%?
