I cancelled their bookings few months back for a hotel in Shenzhen. Ridiculous, asking me to forward all my personal particulars like photo copies of my credit card, passport and etc.

Very fast service for me.

Booked 2 rooms at KL cititel mid valley hotel on 20 Dec 2008 and received 3 emails within 5 mins after booking. first was reward point follow by credit card booking confirmation and lastly hotel voucher. very efficient

The guy who wrote the blog was a satisfied customer until he had the problems.

You are of course not going to have the same problem
