The best and worst neighbourhood to live in sg

I don't like the Sengkang/Punggol region. Very artificial and 'plastic'. I prefer it back when it was unspoiled by urbanization, before Singapore became the overpopulated shithole it is now. Also, Sengkang is infested with Tiongs and 'new citizens'.

It's full of AhTiongs & "new citizens" becos that's where they can afford to live, Singaporeans have all fled from rural areas to flock to more urban areas in a mass orgy of Huat Ah! so the newly arrived flock to the cheaper rural areas, it's history repeating itself from 100yrs ago. Those living in urban areas will retire & want to go back to quieter areas only to find they're trapped & stuck in where they are, and sooner or later the island will run out of space.

Those clever enough will have made provisions to flee or at least have their feet in 2 places so they can come & go.. it's a fact & a cycle of life repeating itself. Singaporeans (or at least those who are old enough) should know this as we're all from migrant family stock.. but somewhere along we seem to have forgotten how to "play" the migration game & got stuck in the same place.

KBW already mention, Punggol would be DOUBLE SIZE of Ang Mo Kio ! So imagine how CROWDED !
