Focusing much better than the D3.. focus yield with the D3 was about 80%... focus yield with D4 about 95%... locks on faster... holds focus better in C mode.
Downsides... battery life shorter... about 1000 shots vs more than 2000 with my D3. Menu slightly different.. did not have time to get used to it..... only 1 CF card slot.. the other is for a sony XQD which is not readily available... yet.
Boss will never allow anyone to make money from points except himself....if I were him I would do the same.

Points on secondary market can worth how much? When you start to attach monetary value to something then many funny stuff will start happening....membership will increase many fold with a lot of new members posting rubbish for the sake of farming for points.

Of course it's possible. i shoot in "release + focus" mode. It slows the camera down somewhat but you don't end up wasting a whole series of images which is what happens in "release" mode.
