Peasantpore: A new decree is needed to strengthen social cohesion and help local peasants to intergrate with the regime's beloved new immigrants.
Minion in the Ruler Loong Grand Council's 军机处, Grace Fu Manchu, said all members of peasantpore society, including peasant student leaders, merchants and community lackeys, must do their part and make foreigners e.g. Ang Mohs, rich PRC pandas, Burmese drug lords happy.
Grace Fu Manchu told Imperial Court on Monday that the work of the National Integration Council is a long-term one because time is required to replace local indigenious peasants with foreign imports.
This is the answer if any peasant or peasants' representative want to know if the intergration efforts are successfully. This is the template answer: "It is therefore too early to conclude if regime's efforts to integrate new immigrants have been successful."
The council implements a three-step approach to welcome new rich immigrants and foreign serfs at expense of local peasants.
The first focuses on functional integration. This helps local peasants understand social norms and the expectations of the new rich immigrants. For example, rich PRC Panda drivers e.g. Ma Chi usually love to kill pedestrians because it is a recreational sport back in commie PRC. And the third builds on mutual understanding that no foreigner (rich or poor) should challenge the Imperial Clan. This means Ruler Loong remains first among equals.
Grace Fu Manchu crowed: "It's a deeper level of their understanding that Ruler Loong and the Imperial Clan are their new political masters and customary kowtows are expected from time to time."
She said the community lackey organisations, including the Peasant's Association and other crony organisations, can come in to help.
Grace Fu Manchu added: "For example, some Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) have come forward and also introduced programmes for new citizens to join them. And that's really a very effective way of getting new peasant citizens to help their own kind as the local peasants cannot be trusted.
"It is not something the regime want to do actively as the Ang Mohs countries will be laughing at us. We involve all stakeholders in this - merchants, schools, help foreigners organisations, peasant sector - to wayang and show Ang Moh and Nihon investors that regime is establishing a stronger social bonding with the new immigrant serfs who are cheaper to exploit and more productively than local peasants."
