I get caught for speeding and get sent a notice letter, in my name, to my home address. not once but twice

2 times, some how somebody else other than me, opens the letter, and proceeds to fill in his or her details , in the drivers particulars column.

or maybe i myself open the letter, but somehow miraculously, some one else decided to fill in their particulars

so i didn't mean to mislead the police

in fact, since no money changed hands, i can even argue through my own lawyer that that person twisted my arm, and insisted that they want to fill in their particulars instead of mine..



i didint give that person any money, but if i gave sex, that was ok? LOL



MORAL : another long story, but when i am summoned to court for something else, i am well and truly screwed with lawyers like that
