Whack! Tin hits fellow MP with rope
At the start of the skipping demonstration, just as Ms Tin Pei Ling (right) was about to jump her first rope, the skipping rope escapes from her hands and flies forward into Mr Lim Biow Chuan (left).

SINGAPORE - It was an unexpected moment. Ms Tin Pei Ling, a Member of Parliament (MP) for Marine Parade GRC, was about to launch into a skipping routine when she literally lost it.
The rope flew out of her hands and hit Mountbatten MP Lim Biow Chuan squarely on the back of his head.
Mr Lim muffled a yelp, triggering peals of laughter from those present.
The pair were taking part in a skipping activity to close a month-long community campaign called CP Skips for Good Food @ South East.
The campaign will provide 2,000 needy elderly residents living in the South East District with food hampers, worth a total of $60,000.
It was a joint collaboration between South East Community Development Council and CP Foods Singapore, with the latter pledging to donate 100 food hampers for every 150,000 skips registered by campaign participants.
The final skip count stood at 3,000,345, thanks to participants from 50 schools and organisations, as well as MPs.
At the campaign's closing ceremony held yesterday at St Hilda's Community Services centre in Jalan Batu, 100 pre-schoolers and secondary-school students from MacPherson PCF Kindergarten and Dunman High School, respectively, gave out hampers to seniors from the centre.
Mr Lim said the success of the campaign shows that it is important to get "as many corporate partners as possible" as it is "part of building an inclusive society".
"We want to build a Singapore where those who are doing well individually, or as a company, can come together...to do something for those who may not have these opportunities," he said.
