i got an addtitional 40kg of weight plates delivered to my home and managed to get enough weight to weigh more than 2x my BW. So i went ahead and completed 2x BW DL for 3 reps.

I got the set when single. brought it home and did it by myself. That was decades ago.No spotters.
I can only remember dumb bells. 15kgs are ok. 20 is a struggle.
barbells i can lift much much more. Dumbbells are the ones used by one hand.
I was only 50kg then. I did not do deadlift. Only bench press and squats.
Maybe 80kg for bench and similar for squat if I remember correctly. That was the limit of weights i bought. Did reps mostly to improve cardio-vascular. feels really god after a work out. I think I need one now after 6 years. Last exercise was playing squash with medical students.
