most first/second generation signaporeans don't even have close friends from other backgrounds...in fact they dont even have friends. hell they can't even speak english to communicate. disgusting.

this behaviour is common in low class people. like how the beijingers are xenophobic towards outsiders. they think their city is great so they are better etc. in sg case, the losers have done nothing with their lives, the gov't improved the country, and now they think they are great etc. hilarious. people with low self esteem and chips on their shoulders due to being starved and living their entire lives based on superstitions tend to behave like little kids like this.

This is so true, I see more foreigners abusing Singaporeans online than vice versa. Singaporeans only complain about the situation but foreigners have no qualms to take benefit and yet call Singaporeans dogs, monkey etc.

Not a single minister speak out and warned the foreigners not to engage in hate speech. Calling people dogs etc not hate speech? PAP some more defended the foreigners, asking Singaporeans to reflect and LHL asked people to move on for the Sun Xu episode! Now why don't move on but so many ministers come out one after another to repeatedly warn Singaporeans against hate speech?

Foreigner complains Indian neighbour curry smell is okay and request accommodated. No minister speak out to warn the foreigners against race problem. Singaporean complains Indian neighbour sweat smell only PAP straight away warned ALL Singaporeans not to have race problem.

What is the purpose of having conversations if continue to favour foreigners like that? The important thing is not to have conversations but to address and remove the wrong bias.
