PAP has nothing much to promote these days. Keep harping on old fart history never know when to out date their credential and put in new one like hail the new king LHL!

It part of PAP propaganda campaign leading up to GE15 to tell people of all the 'good things' the gov done in the past. Old man is one iconic symbol of this history and it silly not to capitalise on his 90th birthday.
