There's a nice but short and dirty underpass tunnel linking Rangoon Road and Moulmein Road. There's a nice intricate mosaic pattern on the walls.

TikTok hipsters who want to dance with a cool background can go there. Maybe the night lighting will make it even better.

Good food to the north (Balestier/Whampoa) and south (Rangoon Rd, City Square) of the tunnel too.
