Welcome back. We missed you! Safety is at the heart of our stores.

We can’t wait to see your smiles in our gingham aisles again—and rest assured, the health of our customers and associates remains our top priority. We’ll be cleaning, sanitizing and following safety guidelines to help you shop with even more peace of mind.

READ ON TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR COMMITMENTS TO
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION.

What is diversity, equity and inclusion, and why is it so important?
It’s how we create a workplace (and community) in which all associates are treated fairly and given
equal access to opportunity. This means fostering an accepting, anti-racist culture full of active
allies that embrace social change and hold themselves accountable—and providing the
development and education we need to achieve all of the above.
That’s why Pride matters so much to us. We’re deeply committed to our LGBTQ+ associates and
communities, and actively support LGBTQ+ organizations in our community. We ensure our benefits
are inclusive and support diverse identities, too—and we’re proud to have scored 95 to 100
percent every year for over a decade on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality
Index (and be on their Best Places to Work list).
However, we know that’s not enough. So many people in our society face enormous obstacles for
simply being who they are, especially in our most marginalized communities. That’s why Pride is
important: It’s more than a celebration—it’s a time to hold ourselves accountable and figure out
how we could do more for LGBTQ+ communities every single day of the year, so that we promote
diversity, equity and inclusion as more than just words on a website, but the pillars that inform our
everyday actions
.
We see you, we hear you and we’re so proud to celebrate Pride with you.
Love to all, Bath & Body Works
