Well, like I said before, GROW UP! If you are chiobee, expect men to hit on you. If you are chiobu, grow up fast and learn how to flirt and how to handle men's advances. Sinkies deserve a nanny state. They just can't stand on their own two feet. You need buayas and sharks like good old Jack to separate the real women from the girls.

Count the number of adjectives and phrases suggesting condemnation and contempt you've used in in this sentence alone and you'd have turned yourself into an intellectual cul-de-sac, guilty of the same crime you're insinuating against everyone else, pompous ass!

Seriously, if by revealing what happen to her can have any positive "PR" impact for, her then she could very well had spilled the beans much earlier on.
And If you know anything about sexual harassment at all, you'd understand that just like molestation or even rape. Many a victims esp. the younger ones, will not speak up because of fear of reprisal from the offender, or fear that no one will believe them.
Because more often than not the offender is some person of a authoritative figure, or someone perceived as having power over the victim. Foyce is the classic case of a victim that kept silence due to this fear, and spoke up when she felt it was safe to do so, only after knowing she was not the only one.
Worst scenario are the confused ones that don't even know they are being taken advantage of, and even perceive it as affection. I'd say Wendy belongs in this category. These girls most likely where taught from young if they behave a certain way than bad things will happen to them. So if something bad happens, the blame will be on them. Sad really!
Yes, sexual harassment like rape is about contest of will and power. I have said before, the girls who triumphed after an experiience will grow up to be real women. Unless you are held against yr will by physical force -which amounts to rape - every young lass worth her assets should learn to say No without offending the predator.
