All Professionals and SIngle Sinky Man have migrated to ......AUstralia, NZ USA and Canada.............only man left are the Bangla's, PRC's, etc.

The day of reckoning is when a real crisis start to emerge.

Two weeks ago I was at a training center for cargo handling and warehousing personnel.

Every student there was a foreign work permit holder foreigner sent by their employer to get training and certification. Banglas, Indians, PRC.
Not a single Singaporean. Even though SDF grant is available for them.

The instructor tells me that it has been like this for a few years.
Now, can anyone explain why ?

Bottomline too low pay . $2000 - $3000 is too low in Singapore .
