the beehoon on your 1st pic looks good. i like this type of breakfast way better than mc breakfast or bread/butter. i hope that angmor chupcheng dont come in to condemn chinese food again.

My favourite would be:

1. Black Coffee (Owl Brand Coffee Powder), home brewed & hot.
2. Sunshine Bread
3. The Spreads (a)SCS Butter (b) Planta Magarine (c)Marmalade ( British or the local SCL) Jam or Strawberry Jams. or Kaya (d) Bought from the breadman on bicycle. or Pate on Bread.( any type).

Now, anything instant ( ver lazy) Fried Bee Hoon with addition any one of the following (a) Sunnyside egg (fried), (b) Luncheon meat or (c) Fish cake.

I missed the above Black coffee with bread & the spreads or English Breakfast with orange juice ( sometime Tomato juice) with fresh milk or French Toast.

Breakfast is probably the most important meal. So here is a yummy way to start your day.

Preparation time 10 minutes

cottage cheese blended with flax seed oil(use hand blender)
honey
yoghurt
cinnamon
strawberries or blueberries or both
walnuts or hazelnuts
grounded flax seed

However it's ok tp play around with the ingredients to suit one's taste. I like to add more yoghurt & strawberries.

I like a nice place of bee hoon with luncheon meat.

There was this auntie that used to sell bee hoon and chee chong fun at hillview market (now long gone).

Everytime i order beehoon, will always ask her to add some of the chee chong fun sweet sauce.

Yummy!! but sadly, no more already.
