BY DAY, the 26-year-old petite, fresh-faced woman with long, wavy hair is a secretary who would blend right into a crowd of office workers.

If you put out the blame for this, on men then you are assuming that women are mere objects with no mind of their own. Some of them may even readily use this as a justification for their past and future actions.

What is this woman thinking when she openly says she is waiting for Mr Right ?. A few explanations.

1. She is just using that as an excuse to screw around as long as possible , have a good life, till some sucker comes along.
2. She is serious about it. But rather naive. It is her right though.
Just as it is the right of any man to accept or reject her.
However gold diggers could not care less is they wreck families and kids in their pursuit using the only tool they have - SEX. There is no guarantee that she will set her life right after she get her Mr Right. Old habits die hard.

Such reasonings has got to be one of the most self-defeating and hypocritical possible.

Firstly, it is important to make moral decisions on the actions of others so that we can distinguished right from wrong. Without knowing right from wrong, we cannot make a moral stand. Conversely without knowing right from wrong, it does not mean that there is no wrong in this world.

Secondly, the prevalence of such activities show the changing norms of women - female sexual predators and its implications on family laws. Marriage should therefore come under family law in view of the sexual activities of women so that it is more equitable. For example if that woman has a baby and cannot determine which father, the law should allow the marriage to be dissolved with the financial burden falling on that woman.

Today it doesn't because of the hypocritical belief that women do not play around. Clearly from this example which if it is true, then women do play around.
