STOMPer Tony's colleague was charged $10 for parking his car at Chijmes for only 8 minutes. The STOMPer warns others of the unreasonable parking charges there.

He says:

"My colleague would like to alert others on the unreasonable parking charges at Chijmes.

"He went to a restaurant there and parked his car inside and walked up to the upper floor only to find that the said restaurant was closed.

"Immediately, he went back to his car and left the place.

"As you can see, it was only 8 minutes & 33 seconds and the parking fee was $10.00. No grace period given."

Never find out what is the actual parking charges and yet complain so much.

My guess is that he paid 2 parking fees for one entry - one for per 30 minutes or per hr and the other per entry after 7pm. He should have waited till 7pm. Cannot blame anyone coz the charges must have been there, like most carparks.

chijmes parking rate is $10 per entry after 5pm.

If Stomper cannot afford, don't drive, just take the freaking MRT to City Hall station and walk to Chijmes!!!
