Transferring property rights

Hi..!

I own a condo (99 year lease) and my wife is the co-owner. I am wondering whether is there any way that I can transfer my share of the property to my daughter. The property is fully paid up.

It if can be done, how should one go about doing it? I want to avoid any incidence of tax.

Don't ask me to go to a lawyer. I already know that. It is that I am away from Singapore and want to gather as much information before I reach Singapore.

thanks
