getting a buyer has nothing to do with the farking agents. Most people buy when they when they can afford it. In a sinking market, the real talented agents which is less than 1% would survive. the rest are just useless buggers trying to make themselves seem important and essential, would die literally as they have no talent. in alot of countries selling house is a hobby and commisions is fixed ie whether $5m or $500,000 house as the paperwork is the same. only in sinkieland they try to bluff you that the paperwork differs and so difficult as to justify their fat commissions. Its all bullshit which is why sinkieland economy is dropping like mad. thanks to that woody crap promises about asset enhancement and swiss standard of living. its all snake oil. The woman who was found dead with her daughter on the first day of Chinese New Year last Saturday, was allegedly killed more than a week earlier.
Teo Ghim Heng, also known as Zhang Jinxing, 41, was charged yesterday with murdering his wife, Madam Choong Pei Shan, 39, on Jan 20.
Her body and that of their daughter, Teo Zi Ning, four, were found in a bedroom of their flat.
Teo, a Singaporean property agent, is accused of killing the housewife, also known as Madam Zhong Peishan, in their sixth-storey flat at Block 619, Woodlands Drive 52 between 8am and 11am that day.
It was his second marriage and she was six months pregnant with a boy when her body was found. The couple tied the knot on Dec 7, 2009.
The case involving their daughter is still under investigation.
The bodies will be cremated tomorrow. When The Straits Times visited their funeral wake at the void deck of their block yesterday afternoon, mourners were paying their respects to Madam Choong, Zi Ning and the unborn child.
The housewife's older brother, Mr Gordon Choong, who is in his 40s, said he was shocked and sad that his sister, niece and unborn nephew met such tragic ends.
Teo, who is now warded at the Singapore General Hospital, appeared via videolink before District Judge Mathew Joseph. After his discharge, he will be remanded at Central Police Division. His case will be mentioned again on Feb 6.

A handful of residents peered out from their units as Teo was escorted to the crime scene at 4.18pm, entering the unit with five officers.
Teo was charged on Jan 30 with murdering his wife, Madam Choong Pei Shan, 39.
His wife's body - along with the body of their four-year-old daughter, Teo Zi Ning - was found on Jan 28, the first day of Chinese New Year.
The police had taken Teo to the crime scene earlier, at 2.35pm on Friday, but did not exit the lift at the sixth floor and instead went back down and left in a grey van.
If convicted of murder, Teo will face the death penalty.
