the various levels of gov from city to county to state to fed are a joke. if they have pap running them housing will not be a problem.
If the had goh Keng sweet running it..it will b an improvement...but if U have the current clowns in HDB running it for them...they will be worst off.... imagine the lack of accountability shown by pap coupled with the corruption of Yankee land politicians...
