The Perato Principle of Immigration Policy

What It Means

The 80/20 Rule means that in anything a few (20 percent) are vital and many(80 percent) are trivial. In Pareto's case it meant 20 percent of the people owned 80 percent of the wealth. In Juran's initial work he identified 20 percent of the defects causing 80 percent of the problems. Project Managers know that 20 percent of the work (the first 10 percent and the last 10 percent) consume 80 percent of your time and resources. You can apply the 80/20 Rule to almost anything, from the science of management to the physical world. From the Government Policies to Immigration Policies.

20% of Singaporeans with 80% of FTs ??
or
20% of FTs with 80% of Singaporean ??

You all go figure out.

During 2004/5 there was NO SCREENING of FTrash before the gahmen handed out EPs and PRs

I really pity those young sinkaporeans who graduated around then

I pity them because of all the valuable learning opportunities and experience lost by giving FTrash the job

Now FTrash has a nice CV, climbs on top of the local NTU grad. That's not the end of the story... the FTrash calls on his whole village to flood the department.

So young local grad got no choice but to become a property agent. Little does he know that property market is very seasonal and is headed for a nosedive

So who did the young local grad vote for??

The Pareto Principle also implies that 80% of Singaporeans are disposable.
