Some potential crackers in Serie A and La Liga this weekend:

Napoli vs Inter:
Big disappointment for the team from Naples in the champions league. Higuain was in tears after the match.
If they can pick themselves up, this should be a good match, marking the return of current Inter coach Walter Mazzarri to his former club.
He has got Inter playing well this season.

Milan vs Roma:
Big test for Roma, against an improving Milan team led by Montolivo and Kaka. Kaka is not the player he was a few years ago, but he is a good influence on the team, saw him cooling down Balotelli in a recent match, the mark of a leader with good character. If Roma wants a champions league place, they have to beat teams like Milan away.

Atletico Madrid vs Valencia:
This match could show how far AM have risen and how far Valencia have fallen. But it is also a chance for Valencia to show that they are better than their league position and performaces have indicated this season. Diego Costa is proving himself to be one of the top players in the world. The defence of Chelsea keeper Coubalt, defenders Juanfran, Filipe Luis, Miranda and Godin looking solid.
And Koke isn't leaving AM for MU, ok David Moyes?

If Man Utd can't beat a Villa side who looked very poor against Fulham last week, they don't even deserve a europa league spot, mid table at best.

Villa worth a punt for a draw or even a win. There is a general feeling that OT is not the fortress it once was under the days of SAF and teams now play there with the mentality they can actually win.

This one is at Villa Park, if it was at OT, probably worth a punt, but away from home there will be less pressure on mousey moysey.

1. Hope Man City vs Arsenal is a cracker and not cagey. Probably the 2 best teams in the BPL this season, but both coming off champions league debacles.
Man City didn't even know what they needed to top the group, and Arsenal got it totally wrong, they had a chance to top the group but chose to qualify the nervy way.

Man City should win this one on paper. Really hard to see any team beating them at the Etihad this season. If Arsenal can pull off a victory tonight, then I really do fancy their chances for the title.

Cracking game with Man City clearly the better team. One of them will be the BPL champions for 2013-14.

But unfortunately for the BPL, the winner of the champions league will be from either Spain or Germany.

Can also look at Serie A for some good value bets.
SGpools is damn kiasu, but occasionally the oddsmakers outsmart themselves.
Always very shiok to get one over them.

A NINE goal thriller!
Arsenal have been totally outplayed in every position. Poor defending and the mid field was nowhere. Ozil and Wiltshire were very poor.

I really cannot see anyone taking the title from Man City - they are a class above the rest. Is this the turning point for Arsenal when they begin to choke?

This is why the EPL is the best league in the world!
