台灣音樂人陳昇接受昨天《自由時報》專訪，說出自己對台北與城市領導人的想像。

被問到台北人需要什麼的時候，他回答：「能否讓我們日子過得不緊張。」陳昇續說，「我真的覺得，我們不要賺這麼多的錢。」他表示台灣過去最有錢的時代，可能是不正常的時代，現在也許是正常的，台灣已經比世界上一半的人過得好：

「陸客真的不要再來了，我們真的要犧牲我們的生活品質嗎？有人說不簽服貿會被邊緣化。我想問的是，難道我們還不夠邊緣化嗎？服貿讓我們把自己的角色看清楚，我雖然沒站出來特別發聲，但如果你問我，我會告訴你，我反服貿。」

再談到中國與台灣的問題時，陳昇幽默地說：

「我有很多大陸朋友，我也很喜歡他們，但我常跟他們講，等你們上廁所會關門的時候，我再跟你談統一。」

而當多數政治人物都將拚經濟做為最主要的政見時，陳昇說：

「我最不喜歡的三個字就是拚經濟，應該是要拚活著，用現有的姿態去製造台灣人最愛過的生活，這個辦法，不是只有拚經濟而已。」

因此他從不強求打入大陸市場，陳昇說：

「多賺十元不會比較富有，少賺十元也不會比較貧窮，而我認為我還可以再貧窮一點。」

他會請同事去旅遊，及經常性地捐錢給台東基督教醫院，「人生不是只有拚經濟和賺錢而已」。

陳昇又指出，做為城市領導人，除了拚經濟，你是不是有能力與胸懷，讓人們思考並力行著，如何讓自己更貧窮，讓別人更富有。

再談到中國與台灣的問題時，陳昇幽默地說：

「我有很多大陸朋友，我也很喜歡他們，但我常跟他們講，等你們上廁所會關門的時候，我再跟你談統一。」

Sun Yat Sen's version bred wide spread corruption and would not have lasted if Mao did not unite China under communism. Communism saved China from disintegration. Today, if China became a republic, the country would also collapse.

Taiwan is a by-product of the struggle between Chiang's regime and the commies. If China insisted on reunification today, the Govt in Taiwan would be finished. Look at Ukraine.
